For each member you add, you will be charged based on the time they spend in your workspace and the current subscription rate.
You can find information about future payments in the settings of the selected workspace.
For every member you delete, you’ll be issued a credit based on the time they’ve spent in your workspace and the current subscription rate.

Has access to editing projects within the current workspace, but cannot modify workspace settings or invite new members to the workspace.
Once you invite users to your space, they will instantly be granted access, and a trial period with a limit of 1000 blocks for the entire workspace will be activated, allowing you to start working as a team immediately. When you reach the limit, you will still be able to read, edit, and organize existing content blocks as usual, but you won't be able to add new content blocks. However, you can delete existing content blocks to free up space.
Teammates are users for whom you cover the subscription cost. This allows you to create projects and workspaces together, taking full advantage of the service’s paid features for a seamless collaboration experience. They can be added as guests to several projects or to the entire space.
Yes, our payment system will automatically calculate the additional amount required to upgrade your plan. The upgrade is only available from the annual Starter plan to the annual Plus plan.
Your subscription to xTiles, whether annual or monthly, will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription by going to the 'Account Settings' section, selecting 'Plans', and then clicking 'Downgrade to free plan'. After cancellation, you will still have access to all paid features until the end of the billing cycle.
You can change your payment method at any time in your billing settings.
Our refund policy is simple.
You can request a full (non-prorated) refund within 72 hours if you purchased a monthly subscription and within 30 days of an annual or lifetime billing subscription. We also do not issue partial refunds if more than 30 days have passed since payment.

You can import your work from other tools into xTiles. The first step is exporting documents in MarkDown format from other tools. Then in xTiles, you can create a new project using the import option or import pages into an existing project by selecting the necessary file.
