Deleting your account from xTiles will remove your information from our system. Please note that an account and a team workspace are two different things.
Your account holds your data connected to your registration and email address.
A team workspace is a shared area where you, along with other team members, collaborate, create content, and store projects.
⚠️ Account deletion cannot be undone, and it cannot be restored afterwards.
How to delete your account:
- Click on your account picture (top right corner):
- Open your "Account Settings";
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "I wish to Delete my xTiles account":
- The confirmation screen displays information about the active current plan, including the number of created blocks, tiles, and pages that will be deleted as a result of the operation.
- If you have decided to delete your account, to confirm, you need to enter your email and press the "Yes, delete my account" button.
At this stage, you can still cancel the deletion of the account - simply exit the settings or click the "No, I changed my mind" button.
For iOS/Android apps:
- Click on the profile picture on the main screen;
- Choose the "Account Settings" option;
- Click "I wish to Delete my xTiles account";
- After entering your email address, the "Yes, delete my account" button will be unlocked;
- After confirmation, your data and account will be deleted.
What will happen to your content
after deleting your account:
- Upon account deletion, your workspaces and projects will be immediately removed;
- Your paid subscription will be automatically canceled;
- Restoring your account will be impossible.
